Pricing and External Fees
Prices shown on this website exclude tax. Final pricing depends on scope. Cloud fees, domain fees, and third-party service fees are charged separately.
Monthly Management Scope
The IT management service and CTO advisory / DX consultation are generally annual contracts. Management service fees are generally prepaid annually. The base fee of JPY 11,000 per month includes server monitoring, minor incident response, domain and DNS management, email account management, SSL certificate management, backup checks, and up to two hours per month for issue response, inquiries, consultation, and minor fixes.
Work beyond two hours per month, new page additions, major design changes, feature additions, copywriting, image creation, and long responses caused by major incidents or external-service failures are charged separately. Additional work is generally handled from JPY 7,000 per hour.
Late-night support is not included. Emergency support is provided where possible, but response time or recovery is not guaranteed.
Cloud Configuration and Availability
Low-cost configurations prioritize cost over high availability. Redundant and major-cloud configurations can be proposed when needed.
When using major cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, monthly costs may become high. Depending on requirements, affordable cloud services and VPS options are also considered.
Domain / Account Ownership and Cancellation
Domains and cloud accounts are generally managed under the client’s own name. Upon cancellation, content files and GitOps / IaC configuration information can be provided. Proprietary source code used internally for build automation is not included unless agreed by contract.
AI Usage and Confidential Information
We do not input customer confidential information or personal information into external AI services without permission. When AI is used, we assume services, contracts, or settings that clearly state input data is not used for training.
